10/30/24 Virtual Test Session Info
All skaters must be a Full U.S. Figure Skating Club member to test. 2024-2025 Season Membership runs: July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025
- All required test forms and additional information are listed below. Please read ahead of registering.
- Please email/mail any out-of-club test permission forms to the test chair. Ask all questions ahead of registering for the session.
- Only online registration is available at this time
- Contingent tests ARE ALLOWED, but contingent videos will only be judged if the prerequisite test is not passed.
- All levels of Moves in the Field, Freestyle, Solo Free Dance and Pattern Dance - Gold/International Panel
- *NO longer will videos from exhibitions, competitions or similar events be allowed. You must record a video strictly implied for testing. You must properly announce the skater ahead of time.
- NEW as of Nov. 21, 2024 all videos must include the required placard filled out in the beginning of the video. This can be found below.
A test session from the comfort of any rink around the country. Skaters will be responsible for securing a videographer and proctor. Tests may be done on standard ice sessions as long as it is clear who the skater testing is, and they are not obstructed during their video test. Videos for test submission may not be taped more than 14 days prior to Oct. 30, 2024. All required forms/all payment MUST BE submitted to the AC Skating Test chair prior to turning in their video.
**For all virtual test submissions, the entire test MUST BE completed in one video for all skating skills (moves), Singles (freeskate), pattern dance and solo free dance tests. No more than 7 skaters should be present during a recording/and should not be blocking the videographer or skater.
Video submissions with alterations and clips of individual elements will not be judged as they fail to meet the requirements. All videos will be submitted via a shared Google Drive for judging. Results will be emailed back to coaches no more than 1 week from the test date. Please read all virtual test video guidelines ahead of submitting your videos. Anything that does not meet the requirements will be rejected.
Forms and payment are due by 10/16/2024 at 11:59pm EDT - ALL videos are due by 10/29/24 at 11:59pm EDT.
Any video submitted after October 29, 2024 will not be judged at this session.

Late registrations may be accepted if space allows. A late fee of $25 will be added for all late entries if space allows.
